Britney Spears and Mel Gibson was spotted at the beach in Costa Rica.

Four paparazzi are arrested on suspicion of reckless driving while chasing Britney Spears’ car in San Fernando Valley. They were booked for investigation of reckless driving and released on $5000 bail for each.
